Gettysburg College Building New Residence Hall
Barton Education is providing MEP engineering services for a new 3-story, 58,000 square-foot residence hall at Gettysburg College.
The facility will provide 175-200 beds in single and double dormitory-style bedrooms with private shared bathrooms located outside of the rooms.
The first floor will provide 5,000 square feet for administrative and educational use, 1-2 kitchens with adjacent congregation space, study lounges spread throughout the building, and indoor bike storage.
The project is pursuing LEED Gold from the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC).
